As a collector of lighted villages, I was always looking for miniature accessories that would fit in scale with my village. I was usually disappointed to find that most of the miniatures available where too large and completely out of scale for my display. I began making my own mini's out of clay and wood, using them in my Dickens village and especially in my Halloween village. During our collector's club house tour at our home, my friends went crazy over the mini's and asked me to make mini's for their villages too. And so it began. With the help of my mother and with suggestions and encouragement from my husband and from all of our friends in the Garden State Village Collectors Club, I started Made To Fit Mini's. Currently I collect Dept. 56 Dicken's & New England (some Halloween), Pirate village, Lemax Halloween and Movie Monster Village and Star Wars Village from Hawthorne Village.
